Living Without A Website – Not A Good Idea
Recently I was inadvertent with my attention and lost my website of seven years and then the thought went through my head that really a Website is only proof that you exist and where others can find you easily when you don’t have a street front business so I was of a mind to not worry about having another one built for me.
Living in a mobile home in a very small town is the ideal for someone such as myself. Before I had a website, I still carried plots in my head and in my numerous notebooks. Characters constantly sprung to mind especially when out for a walk and talking to someone who passed by. Stories flooded my mind during all hours whether waking or not.
Having second thoughts, I decided that if any business, let alone a writer doesn’t have a website, then they are thought of as a strange animal which is just something that was niggling in my mind and which has followed me since my marketing days.
Today I decided that I had better renew my website after all, if only because the link is in the signature of all of my emails and in the past that is where people have found me.
